ugly on the outside...beautiful on the inside...
i would never want to be an "ugly" person to anyone...even if they deserve it...unless they are attacking me physically or something like that...then i WILL GET UGLY!...oh, how ULGY I'LL GET!

If you're ugly on the inside, it will make you ugly on the outside no matter how attractive you think you are. Same way with beauty...if a person is beautiful on the inside, they're beautiful on the outside :)

Just about 99% of the people that answer this are going to lie and choose the second option. They won't tell you the harsh truth.
So I'll give you an honest answer. If I had a choice, of course, I'd rather be beautiful on the outside, but ugly on the inside. If that's the only two options we have.

By ugly on the inside do you mean physically messed up or evil?
I was a fashion model for many years and only judged on my looks. But I was more interested in the real world and living in that world my looks didn't matter. Maybe if I had been born ugly I would have a different view, but women are not judged on their minds.
I am old now and my looks are not an issue. Those people and animals I care for don't care what I look like. So beauty is longer lasting and more important if it is to the core and not just a facade.
