Darik's Boot N Nuke will do the trick - it takes it a few hours to run but it's going to erase your hard drive more securely than you would otherwise. Make sure you read the documentation very carefully.

If you want to wipe it for security reasons, I.E. You're getting rid of it/throwing it out because you've just upgraded, then I would suggest a sidewalk and a large hammer. :-)
If you plan on still using it, then delete your current partition, re-partition and reformat.

wipe.exe can be downloaded and copied to a bootable floppy or CD. It's quite thorough.

what you mean by wipe?
If you mean you want to delete(erase) just format it..
otherwise if it has another meaning im not sure i knows it well...
