Quote from your article...

"Mistaken identity
Abdulaziz Al Omari, another of the Flight 11 hijack suspects, has also been quoted in Arab news reports.
Abdelaziz Al Omari 'lost his passport in Denver. 'He says he is an engineer with Saudi Telecoms, and that he lost his passport while studying in Denver...."

"FBI Director Robert Mueller acknowledged on Thursday that the identity of several of the suicide hijackers is in doubt."

It's article about confusion over true identities. Is it so hard to believe criminals might steal and use someone else's ID? Their names are probably on list because our government is worried about anybody with slightest risk. Cat Stevens was on no flight list along with numerous infants and bunch a 3, 4 year old kids.

THERE'S REASON THE TITLE HAD QUOTATION MARK AROUND 'SUSPECTS' AND IN THE MIDDLE OF ARTICLE IT SAID IN BOLD FACE 'MISTAKEN IDENTITIES'

First of all, as other posters pointed out, there is the strong possibility that those hijackers found 'alive' may simply be people with similar or identical names. (There are approximately 1 billion Muslims in the world, many in middle east countries where you'd expect some names to be common. Secondly, did you actually look at the date on the article you referenced? It was published only weeks after 9/11. Did it occur to you that perhaps the FBI, CIA and any other intelligence organization may still be in the process of investigating the hijackers and verifying their identities, and reporting them as 'alive' may be jumping the gun? Lastly, put your brain in gear and consider what you're saying... al Qaeda has admitted these were the hijackers. If you are suggesting there is some big master 'conspiracy', why exactly would they pick the identities of still-living people? If the conspiracy were so powerful, why could they not create fake identities, or at least make sure all hijackers were actually killed?

I'm not sure you're looking for a serious answer, but...

1. They aren't alive -- anyone on those planes were disintegrated in the collisions. Immediately after the attacks there were some confusion about names, what their identities were, etc., but that has been generally worked out and agreed on for quite some time now. The article you quoted came from 2001, just after the attacks.

2. It's almost impossible to remove names from those lists, but they'd want to be aware of people traveling under the identities of the hijackers out of sympathy or support.

3. The 9/11 attacks aren't listed under Bin Laden's FBI Wanted posting because the FBI only lists people for crimes they've been indicted for, and while it seems pretty clear Bin Laden is involved, he won't be indicted until he is captured or there is enough direct evidence discovered to try and convict him in absentia.

1) the first link is to an article dated 9/23/2001... um. no they aren't alive. and of course, this is from a UK website.
2) the no fly list has a bunch of similar names, and people like my friend , who is named Frank Thompson, are stopped at the airport everytime they fly, because his name is on hte no fly list, despite that he is Caucassian and the 40 other Frank Thompson range in naitionality from Japanese to Indonesian.
3) the higjackers are dead, why would they be on an fbi list that list fugitives that are alive

try harder you conspiracy kook.

Bin laden was a major threat to America way before 9/11, as seen on that FBI link. And I'm pretty sure that he is only allegedly the mastermind, I don't think it has been 100% confirmed.

The hijackers aren't. Many of those who were involved in the attacks are.

It is possible. I believe that this is a conspiracy thery created by extraterristrial intelligence. This is top secret so we dont know anything. They are involved in repraisals for the world space techology and their inability to condict alien abductions.
