how can we go about find out how to find jeans that fit well and what brand and co. fit that criteria.

I like to go to a speciallty store, and actually Nordstroms has a great jean department. You can have someone help you, and simply tell them the style and fit you want, they bring you lots of different kinds, ect. It took me a while to find some, and they are pricey... but they fit perfectly! And I've had them over a jear- with heavy wear, and they are still in great condition. I would suggest at least investing in one good pair for her.

Calvin Klein makes great jeans for women with real butts and hips. So does DKNY. Not exactly cheap, but totally worth it.

i am a mother of 3 and know this problem all to well! names i get are rue21 &arizona! i make sure to get 1-2 sizes bigger then i wear so when i wash them they still fit! i hope this helps you some!! i would like to add, it's nice to hear that you are helping her out with this without being rude to her!!!! lots of luck to you both!! :)

Well I can tell you now that you are not going to be at Abercrombie or Hollister. Some places like Torrid would have her size! (She is skinny, but they WILL have her size jeans..)
