Sometimes, after trips longer than 10 minutes, the brake lights (and only the brake lights) on my GA will refuse to turn off after I turn off the car. When that happens I usually pull the fuse, and about an hour later there isn't a problem when I replace the fuse. The lights stay on when i'm driving as well. Halve of the center light is working (i assume a dead bulb), but every other brake light will be on.

Before this problem my turn signals would work intermittently, with seemingly no pattern. The only thing that seemed to work with that issue would be moving the rear lighting mounts. These problems seemed to flow together, so I think that they are related. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

your brake light and your turn signal is the same light bulb..most likely your problem is not your brake controls.I would start by checking your relays and the wiring coming from you harness on the steering column.
