I hate to answer a question with another question but why do you want t do this? I hope this is a rhetorical question!
To answer your question I might suggest hydrogen bombs because there is no theoretical limit to their size.
Alternatively, you might try playing around with "Strangelets" or work on a way to decelerate the Earth's orbital velocity so that it would fall into the Sun.
