If she is overall healthy then she should be able to conceive. How long have you both been trying for a baby?Woman in there 40's do get pg with no problems.Have intercourse 2 days before she ovulates all the way through 2 days after she ovulates.Have her to stay laying down for at least 15 min so the sperm stays in there better. That is all i can tell you besides she can take soy pills.

Well honestly 43 is pushing the limits on fertility for women. If you do not have insurance it would be very costly to seek medical help. All I can say is just do it the natural way and if it does not happen there is not much you can do. If you does you lucked out. The other options are IVF which is very expensive.

first and foremost you need insurance, do you know what ob/gyn charges at up to?? also she is 43, she will have to have certain tests to check out her fertility, this too is costly. not to mention once you have a child....you need to focus on finances first, then move onto trying to get pregnant....

what does I wanta child first she has a period mean??

no offense but i think 43 is too old to be trying to have a baby because after 35 there is the chance of the baby having down syndrome or coming premature..........but good luck on that

I think shes a bit to old to conceive, and maybe she has already had her tubes tied??I know one of my older friends did that to a younger man she was dating, she didnt want to lose him so she didnt tell him she was tied!!! BUT you alway see in the news about old ladies having babies, like 60 year olds, so it is possible.
