6r-3r = -3-2
3r=-5
r=-5/3

2-3r= -3(1+2r)
2-3r= -3-6r
take all r terms to one side and numericals to the other

-3r+6r = -3-2
3r=-5
r=-5/3

2-3r+6r=-3
3r=-3-2
r=-5/3=16.6666666
(are you sure its not 3-the first no.?)
