In a lot of cases these two signs together may need a fair bit of work. My husband is Aquarian and I am a Cancarian. If you look at my chart further, I have a lot of air influences and a Libra ascendant. So it does work. Aquarians can generally get along with any sign! Cancer can be sensitive and moody so other water signs are good for them as well as Taurus.

Not sure about the Cancer - but Aqaurians are compatible with anybody - because they are so relaxed and fun loving - they should just probably steer clear or Taurus or Virgo - few nagging traits there that are hard to get over - but anything air or water - highly compatible.

well aquarius and cancer are water signs so they are compatible with pices.they are also comp.with earth signs
