It seems to me that 'some' people just choose to disregard where they once came from, what they once did, and why they actually do what they do now.Why is this? And why does America choose to point the finger without thinking about why the finger is even up there?(blame stuff on people who are just a product of their own actions)Think of the Willy Lench manifesto.

I agree with you, history shapes the future. We as black people have to stop giving 'others' the benefit of the doubt. Every black thug is just American as a White president

properly the jews have continuously been discriminated adversarial to even in the bible. Hitler, besides the actual undeniable actuality that being 0.5 jewish used many stuff adversarial to the jews. In some ecu international places the jews couldnt personal shops or agencies so that they all started loaning out funds and all started banking establishments. with this got here a large style of money and that i imagine that some europeans hated them therefore. Hitler used Germany's loss in WWI as an excuse, putting forward htey lost by way of Jews. He concocted many lies about the Jews putting forward that they were evil and fewer than the different Germans. He blamed the burning of the Reichstag, Germany's abode of senate, on the Jews. He stated that they did it as an act of terrorism and this all started the move to discriminate jews better overtly and arrest them. fairly a lot Nazis were manipulated into wondering that the Jews were evil and were going to harm them better than help them.

For starters we have stop looking back. We will never get where we need to be on this issue by looking at past events or who said what when. If you truly want to end racism stop thinking in racial terms. You can only control you. You can not change the world, only the way you view it. As a society we need to start with looking at ourselves and stopping worrying about what the other guy/gal said or did or what ever. First you have to know what you see when you look at someone from another race. Do you see a person who deserves your time and deserves your respect? As Americans we need to start looking at each other as The American race, we are a melting pot so let's start acting like one. In a melting pot all the item in the pot come together and make something more than the sum of of the whole.

I think a lot of Americans like to believe it no longer exists but it is alive and thriving. Muslims are now discriminated against, mexicans, so many races out there still face racism daily.

The world is full of them and us thinking, it depends on how you define them or us. We will spend thousands upon thousands of dollars to find a lost child and many people have dedicated their lives to stop the termination of pregnancies. When was the last time someone counted the number of dead children in Iraq? When we look at the value of our children, how do we look at the value of their children? I don't own too many soap boxes to stand and preach on, this certainly isn't one of them. It is sometimes easier to distract yourself with small concerns so that you don't see a greater concern that is, undeniably, a product of our actions.

I highly doubt we've forgotten that racism is a real part of our world. Just open the newspaper. It's everywhere from your major city to the middle east.

No, just don't really care anymore. I care but for the most part America doesn't care until it hits them directly.

As long as people look different & think different problems will arise. Man is not perfect we do what we can with what we have.
