i tell you want to try first....stick a bobby pin in there and see if you get shocked. if you don't then stick your tongue in. if you do then still stick your tongue in. one time the kids in my neighborhood dared me to grab onto an electric wire fence for a dollar (hey i am old and a dollar was a lot back then!) so i did it. and guess what they still owe me!!!!
