A collection agency doesnt buy judgments. Normally when someone sells a judgement this means it is uncollectible. Agencies normally buy accounts in bulk for their collectors to work. Fresh bate, meaning the collectors can decide to sue or not sue and obtain a judgment on a seemingly collectible account. No agency likes to throw good money after bad. But like I said...its in bulk.

You can submit your account to an agency that will enforce your judgment for you on a contingency basis. Meaning, we make money if you make money. Normally the rate will run you around 35 contingent upon collections. But this can be negotiable.
