The lack of a word to describe that is probably the reason why nothing on earth has those sets of three for arms, eyes, wings, hands.

Rich Z's wrong, there are orgamisms with Triwhatever symmetry, like sea creatures. There IS a term for it, but I forgot it. Possibly triradial symmetry?
