For a new one? I don't think you can get a new one for that price, you might try eBay but most of the PS2's on eBay are broken and it takes some sifting.
One of your local Gmaing specialty stores might have a used one in stock for less than that.

You can get them used for that price all over the place right now. Go to Electronics Boutique and see what exchanges they have.
