just want to know if you girls have any ideas for making your breasts larger without surgery. im only a 36 a so i need some advice haha. please let me know if you have any ideas.

I probably shouldn't reply, but this was the first question that popped up on my screen when I logged on.
Logically I can think of 3 ideas:
1. Pregnancy
2. Gain some weight. This works the best if your body naturally distributes fat over your breasts.
3. Try some new bra's. Maybe there are some that really fit you well.
WebMD has some good links related to surgical breast enlargement. The best idea may be to simply love yourself and what god gave you.

Gain weight! If I didn't hate being fat, I'd gain weight to make my breasts bigger too! The weight goes right to my breasts and my butt/hips and I stay thin everywhere else. I'm sort of lucky that way.
Really though, there's nothing wrong with being small chested. Some men are fools. Most men like self confidence and any breast is better than no breast. Some men even find small breasts a huge turn on. As long as you are proportionate it doesn't matter what size your breasts are. The last thing you want to be is top or bottom heavy and shaped like a triagle or a pear. YUCK!

There are nutrients and herbs that will enhance your breasts. My daughter used CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) and incresed 1 cup size in 6 months. CLA is available in drug and health food stores. Here is a web site for another product that claims to increse breast size. I don't know if this works.

If your breasts are giving you a lot of pain, then it is probably worth it. If not, if it's more for convenience (finding clothes that fit, etc) then you have to weigh whether your convenience is worth the possible side effects. If you consult with a plastic surgeon they should tell you how much of a risk the side effects are.

Ya can't sugar...other than putting on some weight, but then the rest of you will get larger too...you can do exercises to build up your pectorals (the muscles behind the breasts) but that does more to cause them to lift than to look larger...
Padded bras and "falsies" are good friends to those of us who wish we were larger, but don't have the budget for surgery...

Don't worry about that...and your B.F. is shallow if that is all that is on his mind....trust me...not all men want large breast....
Your personality, your looks, your perfume....try something different,
trust me....some perfumes are turn offs.......don't screw with your body....unless you are bringing in a baby for your Husband....

There are no products that really make your breasts bigger. You can exercise the muscles UNDER the breasts and they will look bigger, but there is nothing that will make your breasts actually bigger aside from surgery.

I have heard about an herbal remedy,...
but like the one guy said, letting men play with them makes them larger. It happened to my girlfriend in the past

birth control made mine bigger, but in some people it does the opposite. dont fall for any kind of pill or cream targeted for breast enlargment, they dont work.
