He is put under the same category as them. I am confused since they do not look the same. His skin is a lot darker and so is his hair

He doesn't look like a Swede, but since he's European, he's considered white. Everyone knows that the degree of pigment in Europeans tends to vary depending on geography, and despite this, all Europeans are still considered "white."

Arent' Swedes blonde? And dont' they speak Sweidish? Dark, swarthy, spanish-speaking... I dont' get it.
