Just get your tires from your a local garage that sells the tire you want and/or need. Consumer Reports magazine has good ratings and recommendations on tires. As for after market wheels, go to

for many choices to suit your need and taste.

Look on the side of your tires. Then look online like on Discount tires or pepboys. FYI costco and sams usually have great deals.
