A polka dot dress is fine but go with a solid color shoe. If you wear polka dotted shoes it would be over kill and you'd be the center of attention for the wrong reason. Just my opinion.

Definitely not.
Wear the dress, but not those shoes...it will take away from the dress. (wear the shoes with a pair of jeans and a cute top)
Try pairing the dress with high heels that are the same color as the dress but with NO polka dots.
Patent leather peep toed shoes would look really cute!
try looking at www.bakersshoes.com!
or look at charlotte russe's stores, they have the BEST selection of the CUTEST dressy shoes for the best prices ever!
good luck!

You could go with a classic white peep toe heel and some white or silver earrings. You might want to shy away from wearing a necklace because of the neckline. It all depends on the cut and such, though. If it's not too high, you might get away with a necklace. Alternatively, consider wearing a heel in a color that will "pop". You could wear a navy blue or black. Just becuase the color isn't in your dress doesn't mean you can't wear it. If you wear a blue or black pair of shoes, you might want to consider using a handbag in a similar color or one that has accents in a matching color. If you seem to be having trouble finding shoes that you think will be perfect, you could always bring your dress with you to the shoe shop and ask a salesperson for help. I'm sure they'd be happy to help you pick something out. Happy shoe shopping!

If you are a size 2.........if you are the least bit overwieght or super busty you will look not only 2 sizes bigger, but silly.........and if you look to be over 30 years of age even sillier. Avoid polka dots unless you are a runway model or <25yrs of age.

yes, but in my opinion it would be way too many polka dots....try wearing a solid colored shoe instead (however, if you like it, wear it proud and don't worry about what anyone else thinks.....everyone wil have a different opinion)

I think you can!
UNLESS IT'S STATED IN THE LAW YOU ARE FORBIDDEN FROM IT!!!
In Japan, there's this culture where every weekend, they dress up really nice and unique...rather UNIQUE...u can check it out by searching for it...they gather in a park somewhere in shibuya if i am right
they dress up like anime characters, cross dressing, fusion of styles...make ups....they are really unique...and then they work and study like normal people on weekdays...
it's individuality and uniqueness anyway...i guess u can as long as u feel u look nice in it!!!
