see if she can have her teacher say after with her or try to see if she can get a tutor. or go on the internet and go to ask.com and see if you can come up with any sites that could help. try typing in easy way to learn spanish or something like that. it should bring up some helpful sites Maybe if you know anyone that is fluent or knows some spanish to help your child to use the spanish then that would help alot bc if your child does not use it often then they will forget what they learn.
good luck.

Spanish radio. Pipe in Spanish radio through the internet. If you have XM radio or any local Spanish stations (most metro areas and SW US areas have them in range) play them when they are in the car.

Spanish emmersion trips. My daughters regularly go out at least once a quarter with a bunch of their friends and they speak only Spanish for the evening. Sometimes their teacher joins them!

I recommend you try the Rosetta Stone suite of pc based self teaching aides for learning a foreign language. It's cheaper than hiring a tutor.

Watch those spanish tv shows. That's what worked for me. The longer you watch them the more you will understand. It's amazing.
