How can people hate other people for who they love? I just think it's not right...

With only a very few noteworthy exceptions, animals don't hate. They kill, sure, but not because of hate. They do it because of immediate threat or hunger.

In that respect, hell yeah animals are better than us (noting that, biologically speaking, humans are animals too.)

And yes, as you've already been told, there are gay and bisexual animals. Primates especially are prone to bisexuality, and among sheep it's been observed that some of the rams exhibit exclusive homosexuality. Coincidentally, the Christian God tells us to be like sheep (with Jesus as our Shepherd,) not goats...

There are LOTS of animals who do it. Heck, even my male dogs sometimes hump each other. Surely you've seen that. I would argue that animals might be better than us or as good as us for other reasons, but they have gay sex all the freaking time, and love it.

Sorry, am I getting a bit bitter? You may think it's not right, but that's only because you're not gay, and no one you love is gay. I would assume. If you know and love someone who is gay and still don't get it, I can only conclude that you have no heart. We don't choose to be gay, we were born that way, and so are a ton of animals. If it's so wrong, then why were we created gay?

Then be all merry if you dislike gay people so much. Unless, you know, you have issues of your own. We are all animals (mammalia) so even if we have those tendencies, domestic/wildlife and animals of any other kind have all the right to be the same. How about asexual animals? What is your take on that?

Actually, same-sex pairing has been observed in over 1,500 species of animals. Moreover, the brains of "gay" animals (like rams who prefer other rams) share certain structural similarities, just as do the brains of gay male humans. So much for it being "unnatural."

Jeez. Educate yourself a little before you post stuff like this, will you?

Even though you are wrong in saying that homosexuality doesn't exist in the animal kingdom, if you do a little research you will see it does occur.

Secondly you chain of logic is wrong, you can't compare humans to animals because if you do so in one aspect you must compare them in every aspect. You can just focus in on their sexual behavior and say "look animals don't do it.. it must be wrong." There are a lot of things that humans do that animals don't for example chop down trees and make artificial edifices etc. Please don't compare us to animals.

. As a matter of fact, there are homosexual animals. Some sheep prefer their own gender. Bonobo chimps are bisexual across the board; not some of them, all of them. Just because you cannot imagine being attracted to your own sex doesn't mean that its not natural for some people. Its just one more thing, like eating liver, which I can't imagine myself ever wanting to do, but its not unnatural.

Actually, many animals have homosexual relationships. Penguins, for instance. There was a famous case recently where 2 male penguins in a zoo raised an orphaned chick as partners.

The only way animals are better then us is that they don't make a huge fuss about it. ;^)

Actually I have heard animals do have same sex exchanges....the only reason animals would be better than us is b/c they don't judge each other, so YES maybe animals have the upper hand in that aspect.

I find it a bit hard to understand why you are putting bestiality in the same category as homosexuality. At least gays are sticking to the same species!

Well I wonder if you're straight when you make comments about things that shouldn't really concern you. Be nice or don't post questions on THEIR section
