If there was a white hole emitting a very strong intense light would it suck in an incomming ray or repel it?

It would repel it. Time space curve would be pulled upward like a hill instead of pulled down to itself like a black hole so everything of heavier mass would be pushed away. A white hole would be lighter mass than everything where as a black hole is heavier mass.
