What could be wrong with the motorcycle if it starts to handle real loose?

Kawasaki's when shipped, the center nut on the steering stem is used to secure the bike in the shipping crate. The nut has to be removed to get the bikes out of the crate. Then the nut is
re-installed during assembly. Sometimes when in a rush, the
set-up personnel will install the nut "without" using a torque wrench. After checking the obvious things like tire pressure, wheel bearings and swingarm bearings, I'd re- torque the center nut on the steering stem.
Tire pressure F-36 & R-42
I don't recall the exact # for the steering stem nut - approx 89-95 foot pounds

First check for low tire pressure.. then be sure that the axles are tight and then the steering bearings are tight.

Check the torque on the steering head bearing and the condition of the bushings on your rear shocks.
