Water freezes at 32 degrees farenheit, since your skin, organs, and blood are all thicker than water, I would suspect it would take a lot colder temperatures than 32 degrees to make you freeze.

Silly girl, you can not "freeze" until the temp drops to 32. As THAT is when things START to freeze.

iam from texas but i love it especially when it snows like today but no u wouldnt iam wearing shorts and short sleeves i should have been born like 6 states up but no people on mt everest dont and its -30 and they spend days

It depends on how cold it is and what you are wearing. I wouldn't do it for more than a couple of hours.

You won't actually "freeze" to death but you could die of exposure or hypothermia.
