What do you mean "very high". If you mean ordinary jeans that come to your waist and actually have a waist band, they are still sold in many stores--try Levis.

I saw them at JC PENNEY not to long ago they have jeans for short,avg, tall, low rise mid rise and high rise. I hope this helps

why would you want a 'very high waist'??? dont go too high- it never looks good... on anyone.
