u know how there are the media buttons- for the song- like mute and volume high and low and play and pause and stop and forward and rewind- well when u press them this thing shud come up on the bottom right of the screen that shows wut ur doing- like raising the volume, etc- but thats not showing up anymore, basically i just press the buttons and the sound goes either on or off or higher or lower- and i cant see it physically on the screen anymore. anyone know how to get this back? thanks
also- the synaptics mouse thing- i cant use the mouse to scroll up or down anymore...anyone know how to fix this? thanks

Not sure about the media buttons but the mouse problem should be real easy to fix. You probably need a new driver for your mouse. Go to dell.com and download a new driver for the mouse. It may ask you to input your express service code or service tag these asr located on the bottom of the system.

reinstalling d drivers is d best way 4 gettin outta d problem.if nothin happens,complain dell guys if ya have warranty
