You want just anyone to do that? Or in a specific sexual situation? (A lot of people like to be called humiliating names during sex).
If you just want someone to do it, well, walk into any group of homophobic people, and say you like d*ck. That'll do it, right there.
Otherwise, just ask your partner/lover to do it. Or, if you really need it, go to a prostitute and pay for it.
