Alright this is whats up...
I have the bigger PS2(not the new skinny one)
I have dial-up(yes some ppl still use it)
My Computer is in a different room then my PS2(although I could put them in the same room)
I went to a video game store and he said I could hook up my phone line to my PS2, yet there was no place for me to hook my phone line up. What all do I need? And how much will all this stuff cost?

I'm sure I need this ethernet thing so I'm going to go ahead and ask what is the ethernet? and also should I get a better internet connection, since dialup will prolly be slow.

Any help would be sweet, thanks!

Dialup will not work. YOu need DSL or Broadband internet. Also you need the adaptor which I think is 30 dollars+. Also the ethernet cord is only usefull with fast internet! This is what you need so get it!. im guessing 50 dollars plus new internet fees.

you need the network adapter which im not sure they still sell it, and DSL or Cable. verizon dsl is only 10 bucks a month i believe but dial-up only works on a few games like Tribes Aerial Assault which is a great shooting game and its cheap
