I would use P. Rivers vs. Buf. beacuse the Buf. isn't as good as Bal. I would start T.J. Houshmandzadeh, Deion Branch, and Kevin Curtis. You should really look for better W.Rs. Try to get Chad Johnson, Any Saints Reciever, and either Terrell Owens or Terry Glen.

Rivers is the safer pick, but the Bengals have been known to have success against the Ravens, because McCallister can't cover Chad Johnson. So, either pick is safe in my opinion, but if you want a QB to have a really big day, then select Palmer (mid level risk and high reward), if you need QB just not to lose you points, pick Rivers. (Low risk and good reward).
Here is my starting line up:
Rivers
Houshmandzadeh
Deion Branch
Braylon Edwards

It's supposed to be snowing in Buffalo Sunday....we're talking a full-blown lake-effect storm. Neither is a very sexy pick...anything appealing on the waiver wire? I'd go with Carson personally...I like his chances with all his weapons better. The Bills are good in coverage. Clements will neutralize McCarddell and even Gates will have some trouble given that both our rookie safeties and 2/3 of our linebackers are good coverage guys. The man of the hour for San Diego will probably(and may have to) be Tomlinson.

I would start Phillip Rivers. Besides the fact that the Ravens have a much better defense than the Bills, it is supposed to be raining heavily in Cincinnati on Thursday night.

bypass with Losman. San Diego will upward push up early on Seattle, and could spend a large style of the 2d 0.5 operating the ball. Buffalo will be attempting to go back decrease back adversarial to Tennessee, which will advise better passing.

Bungals O-line can't protect Palmer against a decent defense. The Ravens will be all over him, he probably won't make it through the whole game.
