I can't stop anyone from feeling however they may feel about me. The heart isn't within my control, and I wouldn't want to deny someone their right to feel how they do, and I wouldn't want their feelings to impose on my own feelings for them..no matter what my feelings may be, or no matter how my feelings may or may not be different or similar from the person's feelings for me.

That would depend...do I love this person back? Is this person a crazy stalker?
Then of course there is the case where you don't MEAN to stop someone, but you do.....
