well if its u singing u should upload it in a zip folder so i can download it...i am a music manager and i started my own music company like a year ago that will help promote artists...we've been looking for artists...i can help promote you online and offline...it will launch ur career and maybe can get u a top record agencie

Id say try starting out local, set up performances and sell your cd at them. Get a fan base going.
Of course you can try just sending your cd strait to producers but I have no idea how to get that information, either way,

find big city clubs that will allow you to perform. they are always looking for entertainment. some will even pay you to perform and if you really want to promote the heck out of it, do it for free at first just to get your name out there. if people like you they will ask you to come back. you can sell your cd's at the places you play. make sure you give the owners your contact info!!!

make 100 copies and 200 brochers promoting yourself go to a busy place and met people thats what i did and look at me now
