Hmmm Well what i do im in middle school as well and im in gymnastics. but i guess you don't really want to go to gymnastics so here are the things we do.

Hold a v-up position for 4 minutes then do 20 v-ups do that 10 times
( a picture of a v up) http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.sourceofvitality.com/pages/exercise_images/v-up.gif&imgrefurl=http://www.sourceofvitality.com/pages/exercise.html&h=200&w=300&sz=57&hl=en&start=1&tbnid=LzAyO9HJuzV09M:&tbnh=77&tbnw=116&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dv%2Bup%26svnum%3D10%26hl%3Den%26lr%3D%26sa%3DN

Next do pull ups to build arm strength then for legs do inch worms ( the most killer thing to do for arms and legs)

You start out in a push up position for a inch worm then you edge your feet up closer to your hands then move your hands out and repeat this for ever.

and for arms do push ups i do 50 per day and heres what this all shows.....

For larger muscles, you need to do more weight, less reps (doing a lot of reps of less weight gives you strength and endurance, but not so much power and muscle size).

If you can do 12 in a set, you want to add weight till you can only do 8, then work from there. Make sure to lift weights regularly, but give your body time to recover - if you train too much, you won't improve at all.

In the event you really want to see results you must be hitting the fitness center at least 5 occasions a week, consume protein as you already do and do cardio. When lifting weights attempt to maintain the load low and do ALOT of reps and when you feel the burn, do ten extra! Good good fortune!

Work out do more weight less reps. Cant get them super fast but for 30min 4 times a week will do it. Deppends on how well you build as well.

Do more pushups and such activities than using weights. It helps. Workout whenever possible and eat as much as possible.
