No. A photon is both massless and has no electric charge - any interaction with a magnetic field would be impossible.

No. photons are the particles that mediate electromagnetic interactions (forces). That means that virtual (not real) photons appear and disappear in order for the magnetic force to be transmitted from say a magnet to a nail... but they are not bended or affected by the magnetic force itself. They just sort of carry it...

Photons travel along electromagnetic waves.
They are the lesser force so they are acted on rather than acting in.
