I read over the other answers before giving mine.... Now, this's probably more daring than all but looking under "her" skirt. But try asking. Worst you'll get is a rather HARD slap. Best you'll get is exactly what yer looking for, whether that be woman or shemale.

all of those answers are wrong because a she-male can have a sex change surgery and take hormonal pills to stop their from growing and takes lessons to help have their voices changed and they can also have a surgery to reduce the appearance of their Adams apple.So it's kinda of difficult to tell so my advice to you is to just be up front and ask.There are too many Advantages they have to becoming a sample of a real woman

Look at the "thing's" arms. If the veins are sticking out, chances are it's a she-man. Also, if their voice is particularily deep, chances are they are also.
