If me and my wife have anal and vaginal sex at the same time (with a dildo on her vagina or viceversa of course ) is there a risk that the separation between them can broke apart or something?

no i havent ever heard of it and i do it all the time, as long as she isnt forcing any thing to go any where she should be fine go ahead and enjoy. and women do things like this all the time especially in porn only usually its 2 guys but you know what i mean

I must disagree with the last answer. DP or double penetration is quite common and safe. As long as you do not switch back and forth between the toy and your penis without cleaning. Helpfull hint use condoms on the toy whenever u use it for anal that way u have a quicker change over. Also wear a condom when using your penis analy. No, just don't insert anything into the vagina that's already been in the anus without cleaning it first. It can cause a very bad infection.
