Using a dark eyeliner (pencil/or otherwise) to outline both the upper and lower lids letting it flick up slighty at the edge of the upper lid. Use a cotton bud (cue tip) to run over the lower lid and smudge, creating a smoky look. Find light & dark shade of the colour you would like your eyes to be and start with dark at the bottom of your eye and in the crease and go over the top with the lighter shade filling your eye and flicking outwards. Finish eyes with a black mascara (all of these you should have in your bathroom already)
If applying blusher to your face after concealer and foundation don't rub into your cheek bones (that is very eighties) just lightly powder across your cheeks and over the top of your nose so that it all blends.
Before applying makeup use a little vaseline (petroleum jelly) on your lips, eyebrows, cheek bones and temples. This will give you a healthy glow and will stop makeup getting clogged in your eyebrows and coating lips.
Lips: Pick a fantastic colour to compliment your eyes, hair, colouring and wardrobe. Line your lips first in pencil a darker shade then fill in lips with lip stick - finish your look by wacking some clear gloss over the top.
This is a rocker style look - and for going out and dressing it up by using little stick on sparkles that are actually made to sit on your upper eye lid and frame your eye - giving your eyes a kind of rhinestone appearance - very cool.
All the best and hop you get lots of cool feed back

either smoky eyes or cat-like eyes.
for smoky, use a dark brown shadow on your eyelid near your lashline and a little on your bottom lashline. then use black eyeliner and smudge it so it kinda blends, but is still dark. add mascara and you're done.
cat-eye... just liquid eyeliner on your top lid very close to the lashline and then at the edge of your eye, flip it out and a bit upwards. then mascara mainly on your top, but on the bottom if you want.
