How do you find someone who has been adopted?

I have a nephew that was adopted at the age of 4-5 and will soon be 18 I want to find him so bad. I raised him the first few years of his life and want him to know I have never forgotten him and love him to this day. Any help would be appreciated. I know what town and state in was adopted in so this may be of help.

I was adopted..
I found mine though applying for my original birth certificate.
Other wise if family aren't so closed up to the idea..
ask them which adoption agent they went though.

Australia has alot of agencies but you can also put your name down if you want to be found... .
start with family.. then start contacting agencies to get your name down for contact.
You can pay an agent to contact for you .. they will do the searching etc.. but will cost a little to do it.
