it is a variable maze in there. but don't like to think of it as being lost, more just take little excursions.

Yes, but hardly as much as I used to. It seems that the vast majority of people on this planet are totally controlled by their brains though. So many people have no idea that there's something else.
Like Eckhart Tolle says, most people haven't found the "off button." They believe they can control their mind, but in reality, their mind completely controls them.
Everybody wake up. We are not our minds!

Sure!! Especially while I was in college!
But not at work, I have no chance to lost in my brain...
Get something serious to do and you won't have time to lost in your own brain!
