Acetone is acetone there ain't no industrial grade. Where ever did that term come from ?? Always advertising industrial grade, there ain't no difference than what you buy at the store. Acetone costs approx. $9.00 a gallon unless you have access to some at like "free". It evaporates faster than alcohol and would make a poor fuel. It would ignite too soon in the cylinder. Forget it !!

If that worked, some company would mix acetone with their gas and advertise higher mileage.
