I have 38dd boobs but they aren't very firm or perky. Are their foods to eat or exercises that would increase the firmness or would surgery be the only thing to help?

well usually just wearing a good bra that is very supportive helps. unless you have had kids.

Yeah, no real way to do that. I'd buy good bras that hold them up and support them to keep them from hurting your back and from sagging. That is what God gave you. Some of us have none. Good luck whatever you do.

Breast Lift or a good bra with thick straps and good support. What goes up, must come down. Maybe putting implants

My wife has 36K and no, they are not perky... she wants and needs a reduction... her ligaments recently tore. I would suggest a web site she frequents called BHO.
