For me it was yesterday, I was talking to someone about my ex-father in-law. I called him an a**.
I do know what you mean though. I don't like to cuss. I find no pleasure in using that kind of language. A counselor I had at one time said foul language will usually be used in an emotionally charged situation. If you really want to stop, then think about what you want to say and how you want to say it.
