The Rock. Granted he gains back all the weight he has lost since he left the WWE.
Why are people wanting Kennedy to be the next Rock? He does not have the on-air prescence, the mic skills, or the in-ring athletic ability to even make that comparison. Kennedy reminds me of Billy Gunn when he was in the WWE.

Depends on when the match is. If its on regular tv, Kennedy would be winning against the Rock via DQ to build up for a PPV where the Rock would destroy him.
