It depends on the college as many mentioned. Most application deadlines are between January and March. I heard some medical schools close applications in December. You need to check with the schools you intend to apply.
And if you are academically really good, they'll accept you almost any time :) But don't risk it :)

It varies by schools. I know my old schools had deadlines by academic sessions. For example, for full time in the fall your application had to be in my February 15. For the Spring it had to be in my August 15. CHeck the schools websites.

It depends on where you live. Some colleges accept people twice a year. Some only once.
