I am not exactly sure what mineral you are talking about as there is no mineral with the spelling you have given. The nearest that I know of are :-
1) Angelellite Fe4As2O11. This is a rare mineral found as a coating on andesite at one locality in Argentina. It has no gem or commercial value other than as specimens for collectors.
2) Anglesite PbSO4 It was named after the Isle of Anglesey off the coast of Wales where it was first found. It is a common secondary mineral in lead deposits usually as the result of the oxidation of galena. It is usually white but can also be pale yellow, green or blue. It can be cut as a gem for collectors of rare items but its hardness of 2.5 to 3 makes it totally unusable in jewellery. Collectors also pay good prices for crystal specimens which can be very attractive. It has no commercial value as a lead ore on its own and usually gets smelted down with the primary ore, galena.
