Personally, I would wear the black tie. That way the pink will stand out and the black suit, tie, and I assume shoes will give you a monochromatic look without being too dark because of the pinstripes. Sounds good!

In most situations don't wear black with brown. Especially if you're pairing it with bright colours. This whole outfit sounds a little bit scary from your description.

To me, brown goes with brown, camel, taupe, khaki. It does not go with black. Maybe I'm a fashion faux pau, but I never wear brown with black. I think you need to invest in a pair of black shoes.
