There is no documented number anywhere, nor would there be any way to collect it in the first place. There are millions, or even billions, of non-Christians who celebrate it.

Well I have a friend in India that I've been IMing and he celebrates Christmas.

Probably a lot, seeing as Christmas is used to get off work/school and get oodles of gifts.

If believers in the family or ancestors have been generally of a Christian type faith, then most non believers do.

People of other non Christian religions...doubtful that they do much unless their spouse always celebrated it.

actually i think a lot of people that aren't Christians celebrate it unless they're in a different religion where they do something else.
