Looks like no pressure building up in fuel lines. I can jump the fuel pump to battery and it works and pumps fuel to rail. Looks like good flow. I can also turn over without jumping and get fuel to rail.... per what I have read for this truck the MAF sensor controls the power to the fuel pump, so no fuel pump until air flow, whereas some just turn on with key in ON position.

A fuel pump can be bad and still give you SOME pressure. But if you were able to get good fuel pressure by jumping power straight from the battery then I would check for a corroded wire or bad ground that may be stopping the fuel pump from getting all the power it is meant to have. The MAF sensor only deals with fuel trim not actual pressure so I think you may have understood what you read. Might also check fuel filter just to eliminate the most simple solution. Good Luck!!!

your fuel pump is either going out. Or your fuel filter needs replaced Go with the cheapest thing first. Also run some fuel injector cleaned the next time you fuel up. that would help a lot

Hello on most fuel injected vehicles there is a fuel pump pressure regulator that does exactly what it says. So that could be an issue.

check the fuel pressure regulator with a vacume gauge, if it doesnt hold vacume pressure , it wont maintain enough pressure.
also some electrical componant malfunction will cause the fuel pump to not work
good-luck
