Changing the selectors, Coach and Captain are not going to help in changing the fortune of the team. First of all all are expecting too much from the team and they want the team to win all the matches without even considering the strength of the opposition.
The fact is South Africa is a much stronger and balanced team as compared to India and beating them at their home grounds is not an easy task.

I have observed after watching the matches that most of our batsmen get out against short pitched rising deliveries. They should be given sufficient exposure to tackle such situation. Further, India should develop some talented allrounders, If one closely assess the matches played against South Africa if can be seen that only their allrounders have bailed them out of tight situation all the time after failure of their top order. However, in India's case once 6 wickets are down, rest of the players get out within few overs. In order to improve the performance of the team, this situation should be chan ged.

once you've gamers like Sachin on your crew then Captaining a edge will develop into an further reachable job. Manmohan Singh gained't have a Sachin tendulkar of Politics to make issues extra reachable. So being PM of India is more confusing job than captaining a cricket crew.

to an extent.....yes.....but the point is we do not have any exceptional talent in domestic cricket whose name could be thought of to replace the big guns in the international team....

if someone of the sorts of sehwag and kaif are not performing....the selectors are helpless.....

and i actually support the selectors on the point they are making now that....we badly need to switch back to that experienced squad containing players like ganguly and laxman...

it sounds very idiotic to give more chances to players like kaif and sehwag....they already have got plenty..... there have been tons of matches since our team started underperforming right from the west Indies tour....and if these guys cant perform until now....they neva would.....

YES.

SOLUTION?

Yes it will WIN.

But need to do more for win by INDIA.

What?

RESPONSIBILITY HAS TO GO ALONG WITH ACCOUTABILITY.

HOW?

DRAVID be removed from CAPTAINCY and ODI-Why?

The worst captain-
could not control SA from 6 wicket down for 76; finally SA made 275.
Any 18yrs child can do better job.

He made 63 in 103 balls and it is equvalent of 184 in 50 overs. This means he played for his retaintion in the team but not for win of INDIA.
HE SCORED +50 for 63 but SCORED (NEGETIVE) -100 for playing TEST Match in ODI.

The net score of dravid is (negative)-50. This means he can play TEST but he shall be removed from ODI side of INDIA.

Shri DHONI be made CAPTAIN- Why?

He scored 55 in 48 balls, this is equivalent to 344 runs in 50 overs. Therefore he played for win of INDIA. HE GOT 50 FOR SCORING 55, and 100 FOR PLAYING FOR WIN OF INDIA and not mere for his retaintion in the team.

THEREFORE DHONI WITH 150 MARKS OUT OF 100 WILL THE CAPTAIN IN THE NEXT ODI

Shri DRAVID WITH (-)50 SCORE SHALL BE DROPPED FROM ODI AND RESERVED FOR TEST ONLY.

This is one example.

What others?

pay proportion to performance

if team win alright, if not remove 2 bat'mn, 2 blrs, 1 all rounder, keeper (if did badly).

if could not win series;
remove captain, coach, selectors, BCCI,
Make a fresh selection of the team.

IT WILL CERTAINLY WORK
