Also she doesn't want to announce to early because it will hamper her fund raising efforts and she'll have to start filing all those cam pain finance forms listing where she got the money and how she spent it. As long as a candidate does not announce his/her candidacy,they can raise money without having to report it to the Federal Election Committee.

it would probably depend on how the nation felt as a whole. just like so many members of each party, Hillary has and probably will go with the people's flow, whether they are right or wrong. it is a horrible way to start a conflict as we have already learned, but i doubt that it will make others in the future think twice about their decisions.
