Double standard. He's allowed to cheat on his wife, but you're supposed to be exclusive to him.

OK your boyfriend is married? Not seperated/in the process of getting a divorce? If he is in the process and doesn't talk to his ex anymore, then he has some right to be a little angry but still understanding. If he is still with his wife and has no plan on leaving her, then just flip out about him going home to her.

He is so jealous of your ex husband, you need too talk to him because your children need to see their Dad. It might be best when you know he is coming to see the kids ask him to go somewhere until the visit is over or just find a reason to get him out of the house. You better think twice because the kids Dad is going to be their forever and should be. You may rethink your BF and maybe find one that isn't quite so jealous, cause I smell trouble brewing

Bless your heart, you do have issues, don't you? If it were me, I'd first break up with the married boyfriend. You're putting your child in danger. (Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!) I'd thank my ex for being a part of the kid's lives. If you must have a boyfriend, he would have to know unequivocally that my kids ALWAYS come first and foremost. Good luck! (I hope this was just a what if question, and you're not really in this situation!)

Because people usually project their own behaviors onto their "loved ones", so he assumes you are cheating on him with your ex, because he is a cheat. He assumes you are also one. Some people do not comprehend that you can have a friendly relationship with your ex when you have kids that need you both in their lives. He is just a narrow minded suspicious person I would say. Also, why are you dating a married man anyway?

because he thinks you will cheat on him like he is with his wife.
tell him your x has a right to see his children and if he doesn't like it it's just too damn bad.
maybe the married boyfriend should be at home enjoying time with his own kids instead of complaining to you about what is going on with your kids and their dad.
and by the way,,,, don't forget the old saying...
once a cheat always a cheat.
so, perhaps one day, if you are unlucky enough to hook up with this guy, he will be leaving you at home and he will be flipping out on the new girlfriend about her x visiting her kids .... just food for thought!!!

I know I just clicked answer this question, but I have to question this answer instead. Why are you with a married man? If he is cheating on his wife, you'll be next when ur his wife. He feels guilty for doing it and assumes that you are cheating too. Pot calling the kettle black is it?

I would guess at the obvious - since he is an infidelitious man who is inimate with a woman other than his spouse, and you're ok with that, he likely guesses you're infidelitous and assumes your ex is also inclined that way. Simple jealousy; if you are ok with him being a cheater, it must be because you're a cheater in his head.

Just a guess of course, I don't know the man. You would do best to ask him. But that would be my reaction and reasoning...

No idea. The whole situation is whacked out. It is morally wrong to be with a married man. Start with that.
