i've been prompted that the verb doesn't agree with the subject?

It is proper English as far as the grammar is concerned, it is the context that is off. "My apartment has been (verb)ed" is correct grammar. Robbed, cleaned, painted, whatever. But closed does not make sense here. You need to rephrase the sentence to make the meaning more clear - my apartment door has been closed, or maybe locked is what you meant.

according to the sentence you have just given, the ver agrees with the subject because both are singular :)

think the spell check has some errors--haha...
